The CCAP website is back up and running, and all users have been updated in the system. As part of the update, all usernames and passwords have been reset. To log in to the CCAP website at ccap.tpta.org, please use the following information:

Username: the email associated with your account or your name in the following format FirstnameLastname (case sensitive and no spaces)

We do know that some of you are using old and outdated emails. As of right now, the only way for your courses and information to be in the system is to keep your existing email. We are working on a fix that will allow you to make updates to your account in the near future.

Password: will follow the format FirstnameLastname1234 (case sensitive and no spaces)

As an example, Jenny Smith at jsmith@gmail.com would log in as:

  • Username: jsmith@gmail.com or JennySmith
  • Password: JennySmith1234

If you have any problems logging into the system with the format above, please send an email to ccapsupport@tpta.org. We will be checking and making updates Monday-Friday, and will contact you with log-in information.

Please enter your search criteria below. We recommend that you try multiple search criteria or contact the sponsor directly if you are unable to locate a specific course.

Courses approved before July 21, 2010, will be listed as CEUs; courses approved after July 21 will be listed as CCUs.

Please note that all Accredited Provider PT-relevant, non-ethics courses are automatically approved and may not be listed in the database. You can find a list of Accredited Providers along with their non-ethics approval numbers at TPTA.org.

TPTA members and Texas Licensees should use the same log in information that they use for tpta.org. Sponsors and out-of-state licensees will need to create a new account upon first-time log in. For clarification on log in credentials please use the green help button at the bottom of your screen.
